Best Beaches of italy to enjoy summer vacations

It is the summer time to go for vacations on some best tourist attractions and spots. Being a boot-shaped peninsula, Italy is covered with beaches on all its sides; so irrespective of which part of the country you go to, you will always have access to beautiful coastlines, clean water, great food, lots of sightseeing opportunities as well as a warm Mediterranean climate. Is it any wonder Italians, inventors of la dolce vita, have perfected the art of the summer beach vacation? T+L finds the best Italian beaches on the coast of Liguria. Read about following best beaches of italy:

Tropea, Reggio-Calabria

The heel of Italy has its beaches, but so does the toe, with sandy shores on both the Tyrrhenian and Ionian seas. The beaches at Tropea earn top marks for their wide swathes of sand and for the stylish scene that's earned the town comparisons to St. Tropez. Punctuated by a rocky knoll topped by a small church, Santa Maria dell'Isola, these are some of the most dramatic shores in Southern Italy.

Amalfi Coast

Were they anywhere else, the beaches of the Amalfi Coast wouldn't rate as jaw-dropping. But combined with the sheer cliffs, electric blue waters, hidden coves and overwhelming charms of the Gulf of Naples, the oft-pebbly beaches here merit a visit for their all-around appeal.

La Maremma, Tuscany

South of sizzling Forte dei Marmi, La Maremma is Tuscany's more low-key beach escape: Think of it as the region's Montauk or Santa Monica to Forte's more Malibu or Hamptons. The beaches extend, off and on, roughly 100 miles between Livorno and Monte Argentario through a government-protected "natural park" complete with pine forests, wetlands, wildlife and bird watching. Also hugging the coast? Cattle farms tended by Italian cowboys. It is the beautiful beaches of Tuscany.

Grado and Lignano Sabbiadoro, Friuli

Not far from Venice, these twin resort towns are popular not only with Italians looking for the sand, sun and minimal surf, but also Germans and Austrians who migrate across the Alps every summer to the shores of the Adriatic. (Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria started the trend in the 19th century when he made Grado his preferred summer getaway.) As on Ischia off the Amalfi Coast, there's an added draw to the fine sand and crystal clear water: Grado offers one of the country's best-known spas, with an almost innumerable list of treatments.

Top places to visit in asia in july august month

Already thinking about where to go during our summer holidays next year. We want to go back to Asia, that's for sure. Our first plan was to visit South-Korea, but after reading some more it seems that July and August are not the best months to visit this country. I read the topquestions on where to go in SE Asia during what time of year, but that doesn't include all Asian countries we're interested in. A few times, I did come across the fact that Indonesia might be a good destination during those months.

A few times, I did come across the fact that Indonesia might be a best destination of asia in during those months.

We're looking to travel around part of the country for 2 to 2,5 weeks. We enjoy nature, short hikes, national parks, interesting cities and towns, learning about new cultures, just seeing a whole new world. We would also like to have some time for relaxation, at a beach or lake for example.

Would Indonesia indeed be best suited for us, considering our time of travel (July or August, or possibly September) and the things we like to do? Or are any of the other countries I mentioned also an option? Many of them are quite large, so I could imagine that maybe some areas might be better in the summer months than others.

California Beaches: Enjoy Summer Vacations

What is California best known for? Typically, tourists arrived at the southern half of their state to relax on the many spectacular beaches that is available. Because I have grown up in Newport Beach, California I've been able to enjoy many of the beaches for more than a decade. I want to share my knowledge along with you about which beaches would be the most popular, have the best waves, and also have the smallest crowds. The one thing that these beaches have in common happens when a southwest swell comes finished the winds blowing offshore; the surf is unforgettable.

San Clemente: Just about all of Southern California's sleepy little beach towns have been built up, priced up and, by many measures, messed up. But San Clemente's pier, beaches and red-tile roofs endure, and they're worth a look. This is nice south california beaches for summer vacation.

La Jolla Shores Lined by towering palms and a generously-sized walkway to skate or stroll, this popular beach enjoys deep white sands and a broad stretch of horizon. There are swings and things for the kids and a grassy area for picnics, too.

La Jolla Cove: Tucked away and just off La Jolla’s prestigious Prospect Ave., is the gem of the Pacific-La Jolla Cove. Gazebos perched on dramatic cliffs make for romantic sunsets and private little coves are great to take a quick dip in the ocean. Don’t miss the chance to visit with the seals at the Children’s Pool.

Laguna Beach: This is good beaches to spend summer vacation. If you're bound for beachy, artsy Laguna Beach, would you jump in the ocean first or start prowling galleries? If you choose No. 1, begin by taking the measure of Main Beach at Pacific Coast Highway and Broadway. Besides lots of bodysurfing, skim-boarding, volleyball on the sand and half-court hoops on two of the best-sited courts in California, it's a scene of romantic strolls and playing children, all at the foot of a blue and white lifeguard tower that dates to the '20s.

South African tribe lifestyle and culture

Africa is known as the cradle of humankind.Perhaps probably the most outstanding things about South African culture is it is not one single culture, but instead a range of different cultures representing every degree of a very stratified community. Hybrid mixtures of those different cultures also exist, making Nigeria one of the most culturally diverse countries on the planet.

The first man was referred to as a hunting people; bushman who supported the spirit world of animals and used paintings to indicate their beliefs and traditions. Lesedi African Culture Village, located an hour or so away from Johannesburg, gave the category a glimpse in to the cultures and traditions of 4 main tribes of South Africa, the Zulu, the Basatho, the Xhosa, and also the Pedi tribes. Upon entering Lesedi, the class was greeted having a tribal warrior dance.

South african tribe - Zulu dance (click here to see Zulu Tribal Dance) signifies war here we are at the Zulus, where the stomping was designed to ward off enemies and the fall is emulating the fallen enemy soldiers. We found that the women play a big role within the war effort; for when the wives see their men losing, they'll run out to the battlefield and protect their men (it's not right to hit or injure a lady). After several class members joined in around the dancing, we got to “dine using the chief” and go on a walking tour of Lesedi’s four tribal villages.
