Top Places To Visit On A Tour Or Vacation To Vietnam

In my capacity as the UK Director of Operations for just one World Tours Limited, I'm often asked about the destinations I've been to and the best places to visit, so with this thought I will endeavour to give a great opinion on those. Here then, are my top recommendations for sites to visit during your vacation in Vietnam.

Vietnam is located in south east Asia and borders Cambodia, Laos and China. Unfortunately the reference to the country Vietnam conjures up images from the war and its atrocities. Nevertheless the reality is that the country is composed with enchanting natural beauty and peaceful village life.
Hanoi is found in the Red River Delta inside a tropical monsoon zone with two main seasons. The dry months are between October and April. From January to March, the elements is cold but there is some light rain. The wet season, from May to September, is hot with heavy rains and storms.
Hanoi has numerous ancient architectural works a few of the more famous are the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, Hanoi Citadel, Hanoi Opera House, President Ho Chi Ming's Mausoleum.
Hanoi contains some stunning lakes for example Ho an Ki em Lake and Truck Bach Lake.
Ha long Bay is found in the Gulf of Ton kin and includes a dense cluster of 1,969 limestone monolithic islands. All the islands are covered with thick jungle vegetation, which rise dramatically in the ocean.
Because some of the islands are hollow they're home to some massive caves. The Wooden stakes Cave may be the largest grotto in the Ha long area. On a few of the smaller islands there are a number of fantastic beaches plus some of the others support floating villages of fishermen.
Hue is found in the central part of Vietnam 660 km from Ha Ni. A few of the interesting architectural sites range from the Citadel which is in the centre of the historic city around the north side of the river, temples, pagodas and monuments. Probably the most impressive buildings are the Imperial city, the Royal Citadel and also the Emperors tombs.
Places of interest in Hue are, around the north side of the river, The majority of Hue's important monuments, temples, and pagodas are located in this area.
Hue's most outstanding attractions would be the royal citadel, an imperial city and also the emperor's tombs. Thanks to these and other monuments they are listed among the Ionesco's World Heritage Sites.

In Cu Chi it comes with an immense network of connecting underground tunnels that are in fact part of a much larger network of tunnels that underlie a lot of the country.
Several military campaigns were locked in them during the Vietnam War. NLF guerrillas hid inside them during the war and were able to avoid American operations of sufficient length for them to withdraw. The tunnels were also employed for communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches
HI An is definitely an ancient town which depends on the banks of the Thu Bone River south of Dang.
All of the houses here have tile-roofs and narrow streets along with a distinct Chinese atmosphere. The homes are made of rare wood and decorated with lacquered boards engraved with Chinese characters.
HI An hosts the relics of the SA Hung and Ch am cultures, stunning scenery from the enchanting HI An River, CA Adi Beach, and Ch am Island causes it to be a place that encompasses the requirements of everyone. read about Vietnam Muslim Tour
Nah Tran is one of Vietnam's most widely used seaside resorts, the reason being the seemingly endless empty beaches, reefs abundant islands and deserted bays.
Ho Chi Ming City (Saigon) is the greatest place for visiting the wonderful Mekong Delta where life involves the river where many people survive the water and depend on water for fish and rice.
Found on the banks of the Saigon River you'll be able to experience the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum and also the Museum of Vietnamese History.
There's much more to Vietnam than I've written here but hopefully there's enough for you to find something which interests you.
